Stacked $20 Signup Bonus — Promotional Code Terms

Promoter. The promoter is Lightning Pay Limited (NZBN 9429051417789), a registered Financial Service Provider (FSP1005773), trading as Stacked ("Stacked", "we", or "us").

Promotion period. This promotion runs until 23:59 NZST on 14 June 2026, or until the first 100 eligible bonuses have been credited, whichever occurs first. After the cap is reached, no further bonuses will be paid for new signups, regardless of code entry.

1. How the promotional code works

Stacked issues promotional codes for specific marketing campaigns and advertising channels. Each code is accompanied by code-specific terms (the reward amount, qualifying activity, redemption window, and any channel or audience restrictions) which are set out in the rest of this document. A user enters a valid, unexpired promotional code at sign-up in the Referral Code field below the email address.

2. Eligibility

• New customer accounts only. The participant must not have previously held, or been an authorised signatory on, a Stacked or Lightning Pay Limited account.
• Identity verification. The participant must complete all required KYC/AML checks, and the account must remain in good standing at the time the reward is credited.
• Geographic eligibility. The promotion is open to residents of New Zealand.
• Age. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excluded persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Stacked are not eligible, except where participating in a code expressly targeted at such persons for internal testing.
• One code per user. A participant may redeem only one promotional code per account. Codes may not be combined with one another, and may not be combined with the Stacked Referral Program.

3. Redemption

• Valid code required. A code must be valid, unexpired, and entered in the manner specified by Stacked. Expired, revoked, or mistyped codes will not be honoured.
• Timing. The code must be entered at sign-up. Retroactive application of a code to an existing account is not permitted.
• Channel restrictions. Codes may be restricted to specific distribution channels, audiences, or geographies as stated in the code-specific terms. Use of a code outside its intended channel may result in disqualification.

4. Reward

• Amount. NZD $20 in Bitcoin, credited to the participant's Stacked Wallet upon successful completion of the qualifying activity (see section 5).
• Currency and pricing. All reward amounts are denominated in NZD. The corresponding Bitcoin amount is calculated using Stacked's then-current quoted NZD/BTC rate at the time the reward is credited. The Bitcoin balance is subject to Bitcoin price volatility once held.
• Payout destination. Rewards are claimed in the participant's Stacked Wallet after login via the mobile app — open the Stacked page in the Wallet, then tap Rewards in the bottom-right.
• No cash value. Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash-redemption value.

5. Qualifying activity

• Completion requirement. The participant must make a first-time Bitcoin purchase of NZD $20 or more via Stacked.
• Qualifying window. The qualifying activity must be completed within 60 calendar days of account opening. Partial progress does not roll over beyond the qualifying period.
• Disqualified activity. Transactions that are reversed, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent will not count toward the qualifying activity, and any reward already paid on the basis of such activity may be reversed.

6. Anti-abuse

• Withholding and claw-back. Stacked may withhold, reverse, or claw back rewards where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, self-dealing, multi-accounting, code-scraping, unauthorised distribution of codes, or any breach of the Stacked Terms of Service.
• Prohibited conduct. The use of multiple accounts, false identities, VPN or KYC circumvention, automated sign-up, or synthetic transaction activity is prohibited and will result in disqualification and may result in account closure.
• Unauthorised distribution. Codes distributed outside their intended channel (including re-posting to coupon or deal-aggregator sites) may be revoked, and any rewards obtained through such channels may be reversed.

7. Program administration

• Modification and termination. Stacked may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional code, or this promotion as a whole, at any time, with or without notice. Rewards already earned but not yet paid will be honoured where lawful and practicable.
• Code expiry. Each code has a stated or implied expiry date, after which it cannot be redeemed. Stacked may also revoke individual codes at any time. All codes issued for this promotion expire at the end of the promotion period.
• Standard terms apply. The Stacked Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Fees and Limits apply to all accounts and transactions.
• Tax. Participants are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from rewards received.
• Disputes. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, code validity, calculation, or payout, Stacked's determination is final.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
